Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between WealthEduCoach and participants of our financial education programs, personal finance courses, wealth-building workshops, and financial literacy training sessions. They apply to all offered educational services and supplementary provisions. By enrolling in our programs or registering for a course, you agree to these conditions.

2. Course Enrollment and Contract Formation

Enrolling in our financial education programs can be done in person at our facility, by telephone, email, or through our website. The contract is established upon confirmation by WealthEduCoach. For workshops and specialized financial courses, prior registration is required as we limit participant numbers to ensure optimal learning quality. The right to course participation exists only after receipt of a confirmation and payment processing, where applicable.

3. Educational Program Description

Our services include financial education programs for individuals, personal finance workshops, individual tutoring sessions, wealth-building seminars, and complementary offerings such as personalized financial plans and group learning sessions. The type, scope, and duration of each program are defined in the current course description or the respective enrollment contract. WealthEduCoach reserves the right to modify course offerings, schedules, and educational personnel when necessary for organizational or content-related reasons. If an instructor is unavailable, we will provide a qualified substitute or offer an alternative session where possible.

4. Payment Terms

Course fees are payable in advance unless alternative payment terms have been agreed upon. For comprehensive educational programs, installment payments may be arranged. Payment is processed via bank transfer or, in special cases, directly at our learning facility. Prices for specialized tutoring services or custom program development are indicated separately and due by the specified date. In case of payment default, we reserve the right to exclude the participant from further course participation or to charge interest according to legal provisions.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation by Participant:
    • Individual Learning Sessions: Cancellation up to 48 hours before the session is free of charge
    • Multi-Session Course Programs: Up to 7 days before commencement, 80% refund; after that, 50% refund
    • Comprehensive Educational Programs: Individual cancellation terms as specified in the course contract
  • Cancellation by WealthEduCoach:
    • If a course must be cancelled due to insufficient enrollment or other significant reasons, payments already made will be fully refunded or an alternative date will be offered.

6. Refund Policy

At WealthEduCoach, we are committed to student satisfaction and educational excellence. If you are not satisfied with our financial education services, please notify us within 14 days of course completion or session delivery. We will work with you to resolve any concerns and ensure your learning objectives are met. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to the following principles:

  • For session-based courses: Refunds will be considered for the portion of sessions where demonstrable issues with educational quality occurred.
  • For program-based courses: Partial refunds may be issued proportionate to the incomplete or unsatisfactory portion of the educational program.
  • For ongoing tutoring arrangements: Unused prepaid amounts are always refunded upon termination of services.
  • No refunds will be issued for completed educational programs that met the agreed-upon scope and learning objectives, even if the financial outcomes differed from student expectations.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to learning@wealtheducoach.com with detailed explanation of the concerns and specific educational elements that did not meet expectations. Each request will be reviewed within 7 business days, and we commit to fair resolution that supports both student satisfaction and program integrity.

7. Session Times and Participation

Current session times are available on our website and in course descriptions. We request punctual attendance. Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may result in denied access to ongoing sessions out of consideration for other participants and to maintain learning quality. Missed sessions or courses cannot be made up or refunded unless expressly agreed upon or individually arranged in special circumstances.

8. Confidentiality and Liability

Participation in our financial education programs is at your own responsibility. All personal information and financial details shared during our sessions are subject to confidentiality. WealthEduCoach commits to maintaining the strictest confidentiality standards and expects the same from all participants. We request that existing financial challenges or special circumstances be confidentially disclosed before course commencement. In case of doubt, we recommend prior consultation with another financial education advisor. WealthEduCoach is not liable for self-inflicted inconveniences or indirect consequences of participation.

9. Use of Facilities and Materials

The premises and equipment of WealthEduCoach must be treated with care. Educational materials and financial resources are provided for the courses and included in the course fee unless otherwise indicated. WealthEduCoach assumes no liability for personal belongings and valuables. The learning rooms and common areas should be left in an orderly condition.

10. Copyright and Confidentiality

The content, methods, educational materials, and financial resources provided in our programs are subject to copyright. Distribution, commercial use, or publication without express permission from WealthEduCoach is not permitted. All participants commit to confidentiality regarding personal information of other participants. Photo, video, or audio recordings during sessions are allowed only with prior consent of all present individuals and the session leader.

11. Data Protection

Participants' personal data is treated with the utmost care and used exclusively for contract processing and educational service delivery. Disclosure to third parties occurs only as necessary for contract fulfillment. Further details are regulated in our separate Privacy Policy.
